Dr. Maria Shaikh earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Prior to that she received her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences in Chicago and her Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University. Maria is an active member of the Women in Dentistry mentorship program and has participated in various urgent care clinics and community outreach programs during her time in London. She hopes to continue her interest in outreach in her new community of Southwestern Ontario. In her free time Maria enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
